TDH: 209 new COVID-19 cases in NETN Sunday, 1 new death in Sullivan County

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WJHL) — The Tennessee Department of Health reported 209 new COVID-19 cases in Northeast Tennessee on Sunday. One new death was reported in Sullivan County.

Of the 209 new cases, 73 were reported in Washington County, 46 in Sullivan County, 34 in Greene County, 25 in Carter County, 19 in Hawkins County, eight in Johnson County, and four in Unicoi County.

There are currently 2,437 active cases in Northeast Tennessee, down two from 2,439 on Saturday.
