Five new COVID-19 deaths reported in NETN on Tuesday

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WJHL) — The Tennessee Department of Health reported 382 new COVID-19 cases, five new deaths, and 603 new inactive or recovered cases in Northeast Tennessee on Tuesday.

New deaths were reported in Carter, Greene, Hawkins, Sullivan, and Washington counties.

There are currently 2,669 active cases in Northeast Tennessee, down from 2,897 on Monday.

Inactive/recovered: 1,799 (+65)

Sullivan County
