Director of Schools: Member of Sullivan South football community tests positive for COVID-19

SULLIVAN COUNTY, Tenn. (WJHL) — The Sullivan County School District confirmed Saturday a member of the Sullivan South High School football community has tested positive for COVID-19.

According to Director of Schools Dr. David Cox, the entire team and coaching staff will quarantine for 14 days since the first time of last contact, which was Tuesday, Aug. 4

Practices are scheduled to resume Wednesday, Aug. 19.
