Jackie DeFusco joined the News Channel 11 team as an investigative reporter after majoring in journalism and minoring in political science and psychology at Emerson College in Boston, MA.
She interned for NBC’s Nightly News in Washington, DC, ABC6 in Providence, Rhode Island and Boston’s NPR New’s Station. An investigative journalism fellowship with the New England Center for Investigative Reporting landed her in Albania briefly before a job with WJHL brought her to Northeast Tennessee for the first time.
