Valentine's Day Drinks

Julie Ginsler of Vom Fass in Cary shows us alcohol-free Valentine's Day Drinks you can make for your loved one. 

Strawberry Lassi

Ingredients:

10 Strawberries (leave 3 for garnish, or use frozen and omit the ice)

1 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup water

3-5 ice cubes

2 T.VOM FASS Strawberry Basalmic Vinegar

1 T. honey

1/2 tsp. VOM FASS Cardamom

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for up to a minute. Divide into three cups or wine glasses. Sprinkle with VOM FASS Cardamom and garnish with strawberry slices. Serves 3.

Raspberry Fizzy Soda

Ingredients:

8 oz. Ginger Ale or Sparkling mineral water 1 T. VOM FASS Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar 1 tsp. VOM FASS Calamansi Balsamic Vinegar Ice, Raspberries and fresh mint leaves to garnish Preparation: Fill tall glass with ice, add Ginger Ale or Sparkling water, Raspberry and Calamansi VOM FASS fruit vinegar, stir, garnish with fresh raspberries and mint. Increase proportions and enjoy a pitcher with friends and family.
