UPDATE:

Clintwood Volunteer Fire Chief Steven Powers said one of his fire trucks overturned last night on Volunteer Avenue and Main Street while it was headed to a structure fire.  Another truck was able to make it to that fire, but two firefighters had to be extricated from the fire truck and were flown to a local hospital where they were treated and released.

Chief Powers tells News Channel 11 he believes the fire truck is a total loss.

Virginia State Police continues to look into the cause of the accident.

The Haysi Volunteer Fire Department confirmed to News Channel 11 that a fire truck overturned in the Dickenson County town of Clintwood.

An official with the fire department says his crew is headed to help the Clintwood firefighters involved in the incident.

There is no word yet on any injuries from the wreck.

However, an employee with the Sleep Inn and Suites in Clintwood says two helicopters are being used to help get anybody injured some medical treatment.
