Big welcome home for 6 year old boy

If you were to meet Weston Keeton, you would have a hard time keeping up.

"He does so well and he's always energetic -- you would never know anything's wrong with him," said Julie Keeton, Weston's mom.

But Weston does face a problem -- the 6-year old Blountville native was diagnosed with primary pulmonary hypertension.

"He went to the cath lab and they told us he would need a heart and double lung transplant," said Julie.

Since July of 2011...Weston has been at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia being treated -- improving everyday.

"He's actually doing well enough now that his doctor allowed him to come home for a visit," said Julie.

And after 21-months away -- Weston has received a grand welcome home.

"To know that everybody has been praying for us and cheering for him," said Julie

In fact Weston is feeling so well -- he's planning a trip to Disney World.

"Do you want to meet Mickey?" asked Mike Lamia.

"I want to do the star wars training," said Weston

"Do you know what you're going to be doing?

 "Fighting darth Vader"

Weston is still waiting on a potential donor...but that's not going to slow him down.

"He'll tell his nurses and doctors at the hospital -- this is the best day ever we hope that god's going to give him a miracle -- I just can't believe that he's doing as well as he is," said Julie.
