Man charged with indecent exposure after harassing a driver on Interstate 26

KINGSPORT, TN -

Kingsport Police want to know if an indecent exposure incident was an isolated event or if there are more victims.

Police say the incident was reported last Friday.

The woman told police that a man in a white Ford truck pulled alongside her on Interstate 26.

For nine miles, the man tried to get her attention by blowing his horn and swerving.

The woman told police the man was making obscene gestures and appeared to be fondling himself.

Police say the victim identified the suspect from a photo line up.

Police arrested William Lee Blakely, Piney Flats, and charged him with indecent exposure.

Blakely is currently free on bond.
