Man faces criminal charges for inappropriate activity with a juvenile

A 57 year old johnson city man is facing criminal charges after he admitted to inappropriate activity with a juvenile... On Thursday, Johnson City Police arrested Bobby Ray Nelson and charged him with Aggravated Statutory Rape. Police said on June 8th, a parent found inappropriate text messages on her juvenile daughter's cell phone. Police described the messages between Nelson and the teen as intimate in nature.
