Woman, already banned from Walmart arrested for theft.

On 07/28/14, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Sherry Franklin (104 Delta Circle, Greeneville, Tennessee; 47 years old) and charged her with Theft over $500 – Shoplifting and Aggravated Criminal Trespassing. According to Walmart loss prevention officers, Franklin attempted to leave the store without paying for over $900 in merchandise.
