Cloud 9 owner agrees to plead guilty to selling $1 million worth of synthetic drugs

A man who sold synthetic drugs from several businesses across the Tri-Cities has agreed to plead guilty in federal court. Federal court records filed today reveal Daniel Guy Bickley signed a plea agreement earlier this week. Bickley was the owner of several Cloud 9 Emporiums, including businesses in Bristol, Johnson City and Mountain City.
